Token Booking Fee: A fixed booking amount is charged from customers to confirm their digital token and secure a seat on the CutPe platform.
Advance Cancellation: If a customer cancels their booking before the designated fixed or estimated time slot, the booking amount will be fully refunded instantly to their CutPe Wallet.
Wallet Balance Usage: The refunded amount in the wallet can strictly be used only for making future bookings with CutPe partner salons.
No Cash or Bank Transfer: Under no circumstances can the wallet balance be withdrawn as cash, or transferred to a bank account, UPI, or any other external payment method.
