Platform Role Only: CutPe is strictly an online booking and digital token management platform. CutPe does not own, operate, or manage any salons or shops. Our services are limited to providing digital tokens and facilitating estimated time slots for users to secure a seat at their selected shop.
Independent Responsibility: Once a digital token is generated, all subsequent interactions, services, and transactions are strictly between the Salon Owner and the Customer. CutPe shall not be held responsible or liable for any disputes, pressure, or misconduct between the salon owner and the customer.
Conduct & Behavior: CutPe takes no responsibility for the personal conduct, behavior, or conflicts arising between users and salon staff at the premises. Any illegal, inappropriate, or improper behavior is the sole liability of the individuals involved. CutPe reserves the right to terminate or ban any user or partner account violating standard code of conduct.
Estimated Time Only: The time slot displayed on the CutPe app is strictly an estimated time based on the salon's live queue and average service duration. It is not a fixed appointment guarantee. Users are advised to track their live token status continuously.
Seat Allocation Rule: The platform facilitates seating strictly in the order of the digital token sequence. If a user fails to arrive at the shop when their token number is active, the salon owner reserves the right to allocate the seat to the next waiting token holder to maintain the queue efficiency.
Fixed Time Arrival: Customers must arrive at the salon strictly at the fixed or estimated time provided by the app.
Shop Owner's Authority: If a customer fails to arrive on time, the salon owner reserves the absolute right to Cancel, Delay, or Skip the booking to accommodate other waiting customers.
No Customer Pressure: The customer cannot exert any pressure or make demands on the salon owner or CutPe if they miss their designated time slot. Failure to arrive on time automatically
Changes to Terms: CutPe reserves the absolute right to modify or amend this Terms of Service policy from time to time without any prior notice, and such changes shall be deemed effective immediately for all users
